I’m Susan Buie Johnson, an educator, consultant, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in K–12 education. I spent over 20 years teaching in various Special Education and General Education classrooms, along with Higher Education and now lead both Johnson Education Solutions, LLC—providing district-level professional development, instructional coaching, and prescriptive literacy support.

I hold credentials in Special Education, Elementary Education, Reading, AIG, and Psychology, and I am a National Board Certified Teacher. My work centers on building sustainable solutions that strengthen Tier 1 instruction and literacy outcomes .
